Five lord of the rings themed maps for all your adventures [Helms Deep, Balin's Chamber, the stairs of moria, thranduil's wine cellar and a river for some barrel riding]

These maps are completely free for everyone!

But all this is only possible thanks to the great support of my wonderful community, so many many thanks to all of you! :)

You can download all maps with variants etc in a bunch of zip files below. I hope everything works and it is complete. If not, just get in touch here in the comments.

I have now transferred some of the maps from an earlier project, revised them a bit and created VTT files. If you still need files of certain variants of the maps, just get in touch.

Contents:

- Helm's Deep [90x80]. Here you have the great castle, which is the scene of one of the best movie battles of all time. I hope you have fun playing them! :)

- The Chamber of Balin [20x26] (or also called the Chamber of Mazarbul, or Chamber of Records). Here the last ruler of Moria Balin has found his final resting place and the fellowship fights here after a foolish tuk dropped a bucket into a well against orcs and a troll. I hope to have reproduced the location and atmosphere from the film as accurately as possible :)

- The Stairs of Moria [15x20] and the three doors show a short scene from the movies and books where Gandalf has to think and utters many words of wisdom.

- The River of the Barrel Riders [30x85] is intended to re-enact a scene from The Hobbit in which the dwarves and Bilbo, hidden in barrels, flee across the river being hunted by Elves and Orcs.

- Thranduil's Wine Cellar [17x21] can be used to start the river hunt. Sneak into the basement, hide in barrels and drop into the river :D
