I am not sure what is being asked? or even stated. Opinion? Am I being asked for my opinion? Well, photo refs don't always make it as a good sketch - seen that happen enough times. So realistic? Sometimes you have to ignore realism and 'fudge' things in art. Soooo, for this pic... I would say the basic POSE IS CUTE but her feet look a bit smallish and HER right (not the right, HER right) boob should be drawn larger - even if a photo ref says otherwise.
