A possible magical encounter for the oasis map Many years ago, a powerful nature avatar was sunk in a lava lake here. The remains of his spirit created this oasis. This is a magical oasis. A very, very magical one, in fact, because it nourishes its existence from the hopes, desires and beliefs of travelers. The oasis only exists when travelers are around and desire such an oasis. The continued existence of the oasis also depends on the travelers not questioning the existence of the oasis too much. From the moment a bathing adventurer gets the idea that this oasis can't really exist in this hell, it gets weaker, the water heats up until you're just standing in a lava lake. However, strong-willed travelers can still make the oasis appear even if they already know the nature of the oasis. You can roll the dice on it. The most delicate moment for your adventurers comes when one of them is on fire and has to believe with fervor that this is water they are throwing themselves into and not a lake of lava! I wish you a lot of fun with this encounter and the map! :)
