Description of the dungeon:

Today we visit a big bandit dungeon.

This beautiful home comes with full interior fittings and there are also some tenants who have made themselves comfortable here.

The property is equipped with running water and lighting based on fire. For the hobby craftsman there are blacksmiths with hot furnaces. For uninvited guests there is a separate room in which they can wait in safe custody to be invited to the "hobby room", which is completely soundproofed.

Invited guests can make themselves comfortable in a spacious guest room and we also have a well-equipped kitchen for amateur cooks. If necessary, the waste can be disposed of in a beautifully glowing acid pit or a bottomless hole (the same applies to uninvited guests).

Finally, we have a well-equipped reception hall with an adjoining bedroom and jewelry room.

Land prices in the area are rising and I assure you that you wilk make with this Bandit Dungeon the business of a lifetime!

Ideas for using the dungeon:

A lot of possible quest dealing with humanoid criminals can lead to this dungeon. There is nothing magical to be found here, which is why it should also work for a low magic campaign.

The bandits who inhabit this dungeon belong to the more organized kind. Accordingly, this dungeon is also equipped with modern defense mechanisms. In preparation I would prepare a large list of traps for doors and corridors, which can then be used here.

You can also consider what ways the bandits will use to prepare once your heroes are discovered. It becomes much more exciting when there are not random bandits in every room, but they also have a concrete plan of how to proceed against intruders. This can also be combined with the prepared traps, so that bandits want to lure your heroes offensively into traps.

Since we also find larger amounts of water in this dungeon, I would also suggest building in possible amphibian-like guard creatures, which will try to pull heroes into the water and fight them there with advantage.
