Discord and Patreon changes

Hey there!
Due to various reasons (practicality mostly but a few others I wont mention lol (some of you been a baddie, y'all recognize yourselves ;p)) everything Patreon or Subscribestar related will be on discord now. I made a little post on how to link your Patreon account to your discord account here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/hello-new-59124583

Little question now, do you still want to be notified about the gallery link on Patreon too, or just discord?
