Here's how to do it:
1. Go to https://www.patreon.com/settings/apps
(if the link doesnt work, put your cursor on your avatar to open a menu and click on "My profile settings", then click on "Apps")
2. Click "Connect" and login to your discord account, or register if you don't have one
3. Click "Authorize"
Done!
You might need to refresh the page. If that doesnt work or you have questions, don't hesitate to come in my messages!
