She's not royalty, but a movie star, working as an actress and model.
Born Rosa "Rosetta" Sorrentino - "Polpetta" for her dad -, she grew up in a small coastal town in southern Italy, called Castel Ravilia, raised by two modest and sweet parents, a human and a giantess. Giant people are pretty rare, but definitely not unheard of, so the townspeople treated them normally and Rosetta spent her childhood and adolescence hanging out with her friends and going to sea.
While growing up Odette also spent a lot of her free time watching old movies and dreaming of becoming an actress herself. At first her parents weren't happy with her aspiration, but in time she managed to convince them, by showing them her hidden talent in school plays and little shorts she shot with her friends.
So, right after her coming of age, she decided to move to America to become an actress and after a short time she was noticed, her size first, her huge talent right after that.
A few years later she became an award-winning actress, loved by the audience and by her fanbase. But her enormous success also sparked envy in the hearts of other performers of the field as well as in those of producers and directors. Some of them are now using their influence and prestige to take their petty revenge on her, by making sure she only gets roles that ultimately see her in all sorts of perils, mostly as a Damsel in Distress.
From time to time she hangs out with Simplicity Jones (by Lady-Distracto), both for work and for... romantic reasons.
