Appreciation again

It's been a wild last few months, moving across the country from Philly to Phoenix. I officially moved into my new place today, which of course is exciting but also costly, and I don't know how dumb it was for me to jump at the chance (the other evening) when I saw a Black Friday sale on the new camera I've been wanting for the last few years (my third professional camera since I became a photographer with just an iPhone, 8 years ago).

So I've gotta work real hard to make up for how much it's all cost me. The support I get here on Patreon seriously makes all the difference for me. It's my primary income amidst COVID season, but unfortunately I've lost a lot of support money in the last few weeks. (I also do Math tutoring online, but that's hard to do when you're on the road, and I also do brand-ambassador work, which is greatly lessened amidst COVID season.) So I want to express my appreciation for those who've been regularly helping me to continue this work, and to have enough money to, you know, eat.

Since we are seeing a third wave of the COVID crisis resurging, I'm remembering what I did previously: how for one week in each month, I'd give access to content one level beyond what each patron subscribed to. I'm curious, did that make a difference for you all? Did you like the extra content? Did it inspire you to stay? Did it inspire you to increase or decrease your level of support? I'd like us to help each other out.

Some things that most help me are (1) consistent support, and (2) increased support. It means a ton when people tell me they've encouraged others to view my work, especially when they take my message to heart and find it to be personally uplifting. That's why I do this in the first place. It's not for the money. The money just keeps enabling me to do what I'm passionate about, and to share the results here with you all.
