2017-09-05 23:38:11 +0000 UTCI think it should be as long as it needs to be. If its just one character getting memories then ones enough, but if your going to do something like revealing something or have a battle of minds do more pages.

2017-09-04 02:03:12 +0000 UTCI think it would be best to keep them very short and subtle, so that the main story can move along faster. No more than 2 pages (unless necessary) without any fancy effects necessary, like it would look like to an observer.

Page 1 shows the "girl" having a sudden stinging headache, and page 2 shows "her" with a smug smirk saying what she learned, such as "So she has that sort of kinky hobby... heheh..."
It could look like this https://imgur.com/a/1jm3z

You could also change it up and have Andrew get used to absorbing memories so that after a while he gets pleasure instead of a headache every time it happens. And I think at this point we've seen it often enough, so you can just skip step 1 and have Andrew just show he already absorbed memories with no fuss by having him say stuff like "...Ah! ... Hi, my name is Jane Samantha Doe and I had a secret crush on my teacher in 7th grade, haha!"

So in general, keep them very short (sometimes one speech bubble is already enough, which is less than 1 page) so that the main story can go on faster. But if you really really need to show something important, you can always make it a bit longer.
