2017-09-03 18:25:47 +0000 UTCAh, I didn't even realize that that was supposed to be a blur. I thought that it was just cropped roughly. Looks weird. >.< You could instead just add a sound effect to imply the motion and/or add a 'motion blur' filter like this: <a href="https://imgur.com/a/klDLX" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://imgur.com/a/klDLX</a>
