stem cells are found in blood, and stem cells are used to build new tissue like skin grafts. But you're right in saying it wouldn't STOP the aging, but definitely slow it down and constantly regenerate. Depending on what part of the blood Marie is able to control -Morgan

Cipher and Sage don't have control of Vought while Homelander is alive and also that dude who is all burnt is obviously someone Cipher wants to save. They also obviously set it up so Marie would learn to heal someone with her sister which leads me to think: 1. They want either Marie or the burned dude to kill Homelander so they can take over vought 2. Cipher wants Marie to heal burned dude either because it is someone special to Cipher or it is someone who can achieve 1st objective. If Homelander finds out they are trying to kill him he will obviously kill them first which is maybe why Sage said they are running out of time. Also it really could be his dad... The dude was a scientist for Vought and Cipher is a younger scientist for Vought. Maybe followed dads footsteps? Idk
