The whole reason the Vote test included a protection point system was because the teachers protested the concept of voting people into expulsion (new chairman's plan to expel Ayanokoji). So as a compromise, they added the protection point to make it somewhat fair.

Ayanokoji answered the last question using captain's rule, so did Sakayanagi. None of the other participants actually answered it correctly.
