So far every character in the show seems to be very wholesome and at this point Gojo knows what Akira’s “problem” with Marin is so I doubt it’s something negative/bad if he’s still hanging out with her. I think you guys are right that Akira is probably a fangirl and doesn’t know how to handle the situation with Marin. Her mother made her repress all the positive feelings associated with Manga/Anime so maybe she still feels guilty about certain aspects of her hobby?
