Marin was the one that brought up the subject with her friends and Gojo, and no one cared about it, the only concern Gojo had about her diet was for her health, not her weight. Marin herself only cared about gaining weight because the outfits Gojo made her putting so much care and effort don’t fit anymore, not because of how she looks.
