Just so you guys know when this takes place: it's only a few days before the final war. Aoyama is not in this movie because he was detained. They showed that Star and Shigaraki fought which was a few days before this stuff happened. I know its hard to believe that they went from this crazy fight to the final war but canonically (which this is canon and Anna and her butler (can't spell the name tbh) were in one of the final eps of S7 looking at Deku vs Shigaraki
