And the author slowly has to reckon with all the weird choices they made early on. Slowly evolves into more of a plot/arc based shounen. For better and for worse. It's been a year or two since I read the Manga but I think the awkward male gaze objectification stuff tones way down from here on but maybe I'm remembering with rose tinted glasses.
