The reason why they go after Ko and not the others Nazuna has sucked blood from is because Nazuna didnt have a relationship with the others, she just suck their blood when they were sleeping and move on (not as brutal as Seri said, but basically they're just food) The idea of having a relationship is to create offspring, but they know Nazuna doesnt do that so that's why they're suspicious about Ko and their relationship. Also, all the other questions you had on this and other episodes will have an answer (like how to kill a vampire, other male vampires and Nazuna's backstory) but most of them will not be answer until S2.
