The missing translation is "Absence makes ... the heart grow fonder". But they put the last part on the next scene after Gentle shout "Gently Superlover". maybe editor mistake.

Also the translation issues you guys are mentioning lol they did translate it, it just delayed onto the next words. When Gentle screamed out his special move, the second half of what they said was right below that. They translated it, but idk some bug or glitch happened which caused it to delay when it appeared which made it seem like they didn’t translate it. That rebirth thing is suppose to symbolize Shigaraki come back out. When the fight first started, it was AFO in control of the body with a few sudden screams from Shigaraki. Now Shigaraki has taken back control of the body which is why he spoke to Deku and asked what did Deku want to speak to him about?
