I don't think there's anything wrong with continuing to do something that works but with something as busy as the restaurant industry I'm sure she didn't have much free time to do anything. Of course it sucks for employees but you can tell they completely understand. Plus you know it was such a a great experience for all of them. That aside syd should take the job. Even the carm is accepting her as a partner he still doesn't value her opinion and choices more than his own. He has the mindset of I'm the best and I know what's best and fuck you if you disagree but that's gonna breed a lot of resentment long term if he doesn't fix that superiority complex he has.

That so not cool😅😅 I think the reviews were mixed like Morgan said, regardless the aftermath is going to be stress inducing. I honestly hope things can work out and improve between Carmy and Sydney, so she can stay at the Bear and be comfortable and safe. The next season needs to get hear quick fast.

It’s still very, highly selfish thing to ask . But like Sam suggested, I’ll be down if Richie can bring a date, specifically chef Jess😂😂. I can’t wait to see what Marcus’s creates, I have a feeling that young man is going to do something magical.
