That's true. I do know at least one VA whose fans are like feral cats, but she encourages it.

I also think that the sentiment would be similar for other VAs too, Dreamy may be our favorite, but as a community we tend to be very kind to VAs as a whole and to each other, our comments sections don't look like the rest of youtube

I'm not the type to cheer for the villain, and the vampire here is clearly the villain. As for her saying, "I'm not a monster!," almost nobody considers themselves the villain of their own story.

2024-10-18 21:52:13 +0000 UTCI am very aware this is fantasy my friend, I'm just expressing how I view this character. Like you said, this is entertainment. And as I have said before I view this the same way I do movies or books, etc, if there is a villain in those I don't tend to be like "oh wow, they are so adorable and cute while they do all those horrible things". Art can help to process feelings, certain art will evoke certain feelings, I feel like it's ok to hate a character (obviously, feelings are very personal things). I will say, most of these audios tend to go a certain direction and I don't know about you, but I never watched Harry Potter and thought "aww, I sure hope Bellatrix ends up with George! She is so cute!". She was fun to watch, certainly fun to hate, but if you are rooting for her? You may need a time out... maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised by the end of this, but I highly doubt it Time to go skate!

Just like the yandere videos of being kidnapped, fantasy is fun to listen to but not all of it is healthy to do in real life. What would be interesting to see is what happens with the memories taken away without consent. Will the listener want them back or would he prefer to continue forgetting them? Does the vampire even know how to restore them? Seems to me she has never had a reason to try before 🧛♀️
