When Jimmy was talking to Natalie and he said that they were into the building at three and a half but if they had to refinance because they're still closed, the best they're looking at seven, but probably more like nine, which may as well be ten, he was referring to the interest rates on the loans taken out to finance the buildout of the restaurant. Basically they can't afford to refinance the loans because the new interest rates would be unmanageable.
