An object associated with an entity acts as it's representation, and is acted on in a way similar to the real entity. A mother carefully folds her babies, clothes with great detail even tough normally laundry is just a chore. A person gets into an big argument with their friend, storms out and smashes the gift they were given by them. Keying an ex's car is more explicit but also counts. With a balled fist, he crushes a object (statue) acting as a symbolic representation strongly linked with the entity that is his father, using his powers. What a metaphor! Time to start making amends before things go to far. What's crooked is difficult to make straight again. Hopefully their relationship can smooth out unlike the statue he's crumpled up like paper lol. Though, still not fully sure what the dad did/knows

The pronoun "me" is a passive tense and the speaker is usually being acted on in circumstance/sentence. Using it a couple times in a conversation is normal and actually quiet common, but when frequency goes up in a negative way (context will determine if it's negative of course), it acts as a warning that the person saying may be distressed. Some pos., neg., and neutral examples: -Can you believe the gift he *gave* me?! I love it! -*Help* me! -Hey, *Remind* me to change the cat box, after we get back please. Sam being in the forest, hearing about his brother, and battling his way out was next level. And to top it off, having a psychotic break from reality meets the criteria for distress. You have to color me impressed by how the acting team and writers fabricated that. Also, I haven't finished the episode yet, but I can't wait to see what Tek's powers are, if he has any
