She vents to Carm that no ones cares but when he tries to stay by her side she gets all in his face and says go. Same for the Sugar and Lee.

The performances are so captivating and realistic, as a family and individually. My family isn’t to this degree, but it’s definitely relatable, especially understanding that the newer generations may not have this dynamic as many millennials like myself and older generations do/did.

Maybe they’ll top it in season 3 A sweet little detail from this episode is that Richie was offering a sprite to a pregnant Tiff. And back in episode 2 (I think) this season, before they revealed that she was pregnant, he asked Natalie if she wanted a sprite as well, because she looked a little ill. So in episode 4 when Richie said he "knew it", after Natalie told everyone she’s pregnant, he really did know it

2024-06-02 19:02:07 +0000 UTCThe most intense thing I’ve ever seen on television, and honestly the realest thing I’ve seen. Jamie Lee Curtis deserved an Emmy for this episode. The star studded cast too was used to perfection. Haven’t had my mom crash her car into the house during Christmas, but definitely experienced similar family chaos before, and to see it portrayed here puts you in that traumatic headspace. So so good, 10/10 episode.
