Yeah, Kraglin has been in every Guardians movie so far. Also, his actor, Sean Gunn, is the brother of the director, James Gunn. He also does the motion capture for Rocket while Bradley Cooper does Rocket's voice. This is easily my favorite MCU movie post-Endgame and it's definitely a tear jerker!
