I HIGHLY recommend rewatching though because I can tell you definitely missed a lot n will continue missing a lot if you think what I have said are spoilers. Everything I’ve said has already been stated and said/shown in the anime.

2024-03-28 00:59:39 +0000 UTCIm also an anime only 😂😂 the echidna thing is currently just a theory, it’s a very obvious one that if people missed, I am here to let them know about(because I know they added that voice over later on, not sure if they forgot or probably was a request from the author, either way it is something they wanted us to hear and know about). I know rezero has two diff versions(one with the voice over and one without it). The version they watched didnt have the voice over. The voice over was added to stir anime only theories in their head. I am neither confirming or denying I am just speaking what is obvious to us ANIME only at this current moment. Im just trying to help them pick up on things they missed. There are two other hints that give away Puck has connections to Echidna(although not as obvious as the voice over, you can still make the connection without it and they just missed it. Just trynna make sure they picked up as much as they could before continuing onto future seasons, if more come out)

2024-03-27 17:03:24 +0000 UTCIt’s obvious from the voice over they did at one point. Matching the voice over voice to echidna’s voice. Also as I have never read the LN, it is just what I am going with since the voices and speech mannerisms match to Echidna. They are already aware about there being a version where there is a voice over that wasn’t included in the version they watched too so if they do go back and listen to the voice over(or already have) then it should be obvious it is Echidna. Everything is rather obvious from the moment we meet Echidna and know the way she is as well as knowing everything she was able to do while alive.

2024-03-26 23:00:34 +0000 UTCThere could be millions of witches but they are the main ones because they are the strongest and each have a sin attached to them because it represents what people thought of them when they were alive(greedy, glutton, wrath, slothful, etc..). HOWEVER, when they refer to THE WITCH it means one and ONLY one witch, the witch of Envy. Echidna definitely becomes a lil jealous and bratty when she doesn’t get what she wants 😂 She is an extremely good person to have close to you doe as she can help tremendously. Anyway so excited to see you guys watch the next episode 👀 It will explain so much while also adding a few other questions.

I think it(me personally since I dont know anything about the light novel) was probably to prevent Emilia from going insane again(as we see her always lose her shit and start crying when she would see her past through the trial).

2024-03-26 15:41:05 +0000 UTCYeah you were spot on about why Subaru was embarrassed in the end - Garfiel just caught him having written a love letter, you’re not alone in thinking it may have been something else lol Little things of note - that crystal Subaru jabbed into Garfiel’s arm contained Puck in it, who sucked all of the mana in garfiel out, essentially reducing him to a Humans (a bit stronger since he’s a Demi-Human) strength, which is why he returned to his normal form. And Ram is I believe 18 by the time of season 2 (not sure if Rem and her are the same age now…? As she’s kinda…frozen in time? I honestly don’t know if she can still age when she’s like that.) And Echidna’s a mean girl ;-; lmao but you will have some questions about Emilia’s past answered…and more raised of course, but the next few episodes are very enjoyable in my opinion, so I hope you all enjoy and it will hopefully clear some stuff up!

2024-03-26 14:03:43 +0000 UTCGarfiel did the trial before Emilia so he saw all of Subaru’s notes to her. That’s what he meant. I don’t know if Ram’s exact age is stated but I believe she is somewhere between 16-18 at this point in the story. Garfiel is like a year older than Petra I think which is crazy to think about since they made her so short in the anime lol.
