You do not ages as fast as a normal person or somebody who doesn’t know how to control the the flow of their nen. It’s possible to dramatic decease your aging process by keep the flow of your nen from leaking. Also he 115 years ago by this point, but don’t worry about the ages thing because it has been Contracted in the current arc.

The manga had a panel during that scene that showed a family tree starting with the Great Great Grandpa, Great Grandpa, Zeno, Silva, then Killua. The hair in the cradle scene makes Netero look late 50s-70s.
