I don't think they fully realize what a True Dragon is, or how important they are, or how they are all connected... even though it has been brought up multiple times... I think they think they are just normal dragons or something. Cuz every time it is brought up they brush it off. And then in moments like this they have no idea what it means

Unless you are able to resist he can easily take control of you. An example of this is the nine head fox. It has more raw power than Clayman by a lot and he still managed to control it (even though it can somewhat resist) . Rimuru even states it had more magicules than Shion or Ranga. Showing that if Shion skills didn't straight up negate his abilities she could have been taken over to some degree at least. Shion is immune to Claymans skills and is built for brawling. Not many can beat her when it comes to a physical fight unless they are much stronger than her so poor Clayman never had a chance.

2023-09-06 05:29:00 +0000 UTCI don't think they mean fight 3 demon lords at the same time. Individually, Clayman probably was on the same level as Frey, Karion and Valestine. Still, Karion is infinitely more combat-oriented than Clayman ever will be. So prior to his transformation, Clayman's only reasonable opponent is just Frey lol. After his transformation, all 3 of the ones I listed are fair game.

2023-09-05 14:29:47 +0000 UTCA couple of things to clarify. 1. Clayman is not weak, he is strong but Rimuru and co are just stronger. Plus it is an absolutely terrible matchup for him vs Shion as all her abilities hard counter his. This is explained much better in the novel. I repeat, Clayman isn't weak. He could actually take on at least 2 other demon lords with a decebt chance at winning. After his power boost he could probably beat 3 fairly comfortably right now. 2. Yuuki is not "using/manipulating" Clayman. They are 100% bona fide allies who have a mutually beneficial relationship. Yuuki would not want bad things to happen to Clayman. Without going into spoilers I will say that there is much more going on with Clayman than will be discussed unless they have like season 6 or something. All i will add is that there were much more things going on than we were ever shown.
