Shizu had a monologue about the primordials being named after colours and are at the top of the demon world food chain. The entire OVA was supposed to be Diablo's introduction to new fans. Almost forgot to mention, in that OVA, Diablo lamented that Beretta was summoned before him by Rimuru despite being from the same lineage.

I think the first time, that is more memorable (at least to me), they ever even mentioned the word “primordial” was when Rimuru summoned Diablo to kill any remaining survivors and the super old mage said it. Also rlly?? Beretta is Diablo’s lineage? I honestly thought Beretta was White’s lineage or somethin 😂

Guy/Red/Rouge and Diablo/Black/Noir seem to be peers and at the very top of the demon race – the 7 primordials. While Beretta is 'just' a greater demon – yet we saw how fucking strong she was this ep – and also suggested to be of Diablo's lineage...hence why she didn't fear to confront Guy

He was talking about how rimuru didn't leave the next volume of the manga and not about the punch because Veldora is apparently HIM

He then asked what lineage beretta is from, im sure u can figure out what he means by that now after revealing primordials. Afterwards he talks about Primordial Black, his name being Noir, that is now serving Rimuru for some reason. He is now interested in Rimuru because someone much stronger than him, Noir, is serving him. (Idk if Noir is still stronger than Rimuru at this point in the story but to Guy, the primordials like himself and others are the strongest possible demons you could encounter)
