Seeing the Spider Society made me want a Spider-Verse MMO game. But foreal, that big mechanical spider for Going Home is scary af. Idk if I'd wanna go home via a huge mechanical spider "webbing" me up like I'm its prey.

First watch, you're like, "Woah wtf happens in this movie?!" And then watching it again you're just like, "Yep.... damn." Reminding me of how Miles look at her a couple of times throughout the scenes in the Nueva York. I felt sooooo much second-hand FOMO for Miles in this. Fuck Miguel, kinda. That whole scene with the Spider-Verse canon event shit reveal was so frustrating to watch. Like, I get what they're trying to say...... but superheroes aren't supposed to give a fuck about shit like destiny and fate. They save people, it's simple as that. If you're purposefully not saving people, you can't call yourself a hero. If you try and you fail, that's one thing. But just letting it happen, when it is actually preventable, is a load of bullshit. Hobie was the ONLY real one there for Miles. Gwen disappointed me, though she was kinda flip-flopping back and forth. Hobie a true real one, though. And hopefully it's not what we think between him and Gwen lol.

He auditioned to be Peter Parker for Amazing Spider-man after he started a Twitter campaign (#donaldforspiderman) during his time acting in the show Community, then during episode 2X1 they started the episode showing the characters waking up for a new semester of school and he was wearing a Spider-man PJ. You can actually scene from Community during Into the Spiderverse during on of the scenes in Uncle Arron's Apartment. The Community scene in turn became one of the inspiration for the creation of Miles Morales in the comics.
