There are people who think we have had past lives and that we still remember them(at least the previous one) as babies, as we grow older those memories begin to fade and we no longer recognize them even if sometimes we have dreams about them. Then there are others who’s infantile memories dont go away that much and can remember their past life memories. This is all of course just a theory

2023-08-02 22:31:31 +0000 UTCAlso to clear up Aqua’s feelings a little 😂 When he was in his mid 20s (maybe early thirties?) he just had feelings for Ai as a fan with just a tiny little bit maybe being romantic feelings. Now that he as been reborn and is getting older in his new body, his infantile memory is slowly being wiped from his mind. In other words, he is losing a lot of the memories from his past and his feelings are that of a regular teenage boy so now his feelings for Ai feel more romantic to him but he is still unsure as to what kind if feelings he had for Ai. He is basically becoming more Aqua and less of the Doctor from his past, or his Doctor self is mixing with his new Aqua life to basically create his current self as Aqua.
