This show really aggressively attacks again & again very sensitive, almost taboo subjects in a very thought provoking way. What I really like about US reactors is that because there's a lot of uncomfortable-ish scenarios relative to society here, they really tend to hone in on that aspect and frequently remind themselves & viewers on the sensitivity. It's even more curious because Japanese comments almost never talk about the taboo parts and mainly talk about the romance & emotional appeal of the show (I'm native in both language so get to enjoy seeing the differences hehe)
