The CRK is basically the K K K of MHA. They are racists who discriminate against heteromorphs (people with quirks that make them look significantly different). It ties in with Spinners backstory und they are important later on as well. Tsu, Tokoyami, Shoji, Koda and Ojiro would also be considered heteromorphs. While being villains, the LOV does not discriminate anyone and they took the CRK out for that.
