Kind of wish they waited until halfway through season 5 to watch the 2nd movie cause there's a couple of slight spoilers for season 5. But it'll be ok cause anyone who went to go see this one in the theaters got slightly spoiled as well (me lol).

2022-09-20 15:19:33 +0000 UTCGreat reaction! The comparison between Endeavor and the Nomu is more in the fact that Endeavor when he was younger was power hungry. All he wanted was power and power and power for himself. The family part, his intentions were good but the way he acted because of being so young and power hungry made it seem like his intentions were horrible and disgusting. His intentions was to have a child that wouldn’t have to suffer the defect of overheating which causes immense pain to his body and organs BUT all his rage and desire for power at the time made it seem like all he was doing it for was for power. As he mentioned in this episode, that was his main purpose to trying to make someone like todoroki, to not let him suffer what he suffers. Which in the end caused him to make his family suffer even more because his rage made him ignore his “failures” instead of trying to nurture them as well.

2022-09-17 21:08:01 +0000 UTCKeep in mind for the future that anime movies are usually filler, so whatever happens in them don't really matter to the canon story. This is true for the MHA movies. The writers will also try to wrap up the movie in a way that wont affect the main story as well (ex. OFA transfer fail). Love y'alls reactions!!!
