Toga’s quirk is to change her appearance into anybody she consumes the blood of, whether it’s been stored n drank later or drank on the spot. It lasts for as long as the amount of blood she consumes. Twice can duplicate himself and anything else around him. His clones can only take a certain amount of damage before melting into mud though.
