2022-06-10 23:27:21 +0000 UTCNo, I don't think it was "Moonfish"(The crazy guy with teeth blades), since he was shown captured in the aftermath of the encounter and his quick was "Blade-tooth" which seems to only be using those blades with his teeth. The guy with the blades coming out of his body, is just a street thug with little power, as he mentioned that all he had was the power to pop out blades that were 10 cm long. That's why he used the drug, which enhances quirks and was able to pull out strong longer blades.

2022-06-09 22:17:10 +0000 UTCI think that blade guy IS the guy from the forest that released blades from his mouth. Some of the villains from that incident escaped. I think that is him without the black suit that was covering up his whole body, now we see why they covered him up, he is nuts and psychotic. It would also make sense why the teeth guy was fully covered up in a material that his blades couldnt get through, so all he could do is bring blades out from his mouth. He was probably drugged right before the incident started to power up his quirk again. Then again not really entirely sure. Great reaction! 😂👍
