What they didn't show was everyone getting their tongue removed. So, Ymir was basically mute her whole life. Guess she never bothered to regenerate that. Or maybe she couldn't because she is the one rebuilding Eldians within the Coordinate Path?

Eren did tell Reiner that they were the same, now likely meaning that Reiner had to infiltrate the Walls and kill hundreds of thousands, and Marley wanted to regain the Founder before someone like Eren came along to activate the Rumbling not bound by the King's vow of peace. The world hates all Eldians because they are used by the imperialist Marley as weapons of war to conquer nations. The Eldians outside the Island hate the Eldians in the Island because of the propaganda and brain washing. Eren did wait to attack until Willy declared war. And his genocide of the entire human population is wrong, no doubt, but we are beyond right and wrong now. It's about the survival of the people of Paradis, because otherwise, the rest of the world's nations are coming to kill them all. There are surely many innocents out there, but also surely within all nations plenty of racism and xenophobia against Subjects of Ymir. Even the people that are NOT racist would feel some level of fear, some measure of dread getting along with people that can turn into monsters at the whim of people like Zeke or the Marleyan military. Perhaps Eren feels and thinks he cannot sort it out, it's survive or be killed, and the responsibility of decision falls upon him now, and it's best to wipe it all out. Or is there more to his line of thinking?
