And yeah don't react to the new trailer for part 4, it has one specific spoiler kinda but not really, better not watch it. React to Junior High, it's more than worth it, you won't regret it.

That's why Levi was cutting up Zeke's legs, or at least the practical reason why. He probably got some real satisfaction out of it too.

This is usually seen after the shifter is taken out of their titan forms, like eren and ymir in season 2, or bertholdt at the end of season 3. So what Levi was doing was keeping Zeke in a constant state of regeneration to prevent him from being able to transform.

They also need their ressources now because they are afraid others countries would make better weapons than them. I wouldn’t trust them much even if they promise me

They could wait another 100 years until all Eldians die off they would agree to an agreement of letting them die off. If they dont then Eldians could just let the rumbling loose and kill them all if they dont grant them their peaceful life until their deaths
