OPM is gonna run into the same issue that you had with Promised Neverland, but to a lesser extreme. Tokyo Revengers is also really overhyped because its the only half-decent "action" show airing right now. Invincible is a great short show, as is Code Geass (even if it is a little sexist at times) but I will hold out hope for Re: Zero eventually. It is the only one on the list that will generate as much discussion and intrigue as Attack on Titan has for you

One Punch Man would be fun. I've tried to get into Rezero since so many people seem to love it, but I always end up dropping it after a few episodes. Maybe watching it via reaction would help

My main thing is, whichever show is chosen, know that One Punch Man would be rather redundant while watching Mob. Too much tonal overlap in humor and themes, and I think too much amazing sakuga animation back to back might.. cheapen(?) the mind blowing experience of both shows (two do the greatest animated shows ever, honestly). If the ladies actually read these comments, I hope they hold off on OPM until after Mob has finished, just for diversity sake. Watch it, just maybe not right now..

Two shows by ONE at the same time definitely leads to some overlap in tone, even though they're both great. I'm a big fan of Made in Abyss winning, since it's fantastic and a shorter commitment than most of the other shows (except invincible), but all good choices here!

Tokyo Revengers was okay, but the internet hype train really beefed it up so I won’t be surprised if it wins despite better shows in the competition. Invincible was similarly hyped, but it actually offers a solid first season. Something rather different as a whole. Re:Zero would be amazing for you all to theorize over. I feel it’s the MOST like Attack on Titan in terms of an ambiguous world, an emotional complex protagonist (as the series builds) and constant puzzlebox questions of who, what, why, etc. May be hard to watch at times if you only want a protagonist to blindly root for, but you liked Vinland Saga so I feel you’d want to challenge yourselves! Bottom line, between its voice acting, music, animation, and emotional story, Re:Zero is the most bang for your buck. OPM is fun, but since you’re watching MobPsycho, some of the humor would seem redundant. MP has the best of OPM with a whole lot more heart, so… Code Geass is wonderful, but complex. Like Re:Zero or AoT, it could pose a fun challenge to catch everything the first go around. If not, things still come together by the end pretty well. Haven’t seen Made in Abyss, but I’d watch it with you ladies (and Alex) because that’s how entertaining your group is. That, and I’ve honestly heard good things about it.
