2021-08-03 11:25:52 +0000 UTCI watched it as a kid (12 years old I think). It was on TV around christmas time and me and my sister thought it was for kids. Huge mistake. It was a big trauma and I couldn’t watch it anymore. I watched it a second time this year at 29 😅 but it’s a very important story and I’m glad it exists

2021-08-03 08:10:43 +0000 UTCGrave of the fireflies messed me up....I sat in the dark for about 45 minutes after it ended before i realized how much I was just dwelling on it...like what the $#@% did I just watch.....it broke me....you have to be in the right mindset to mentally prepare for that one....and doing it during a reaction might not be the best approach....just saying.....I think "Your Lie In April" should make the list!!
