The Lower the number is the powerful one. So Lower Moon One = strongest in Lower Moons and Upper Moon One is strongest of Upper Moons.

2021-02-25 15:26:44 +0000 UTCThe movie is the next arc in the main story arcs. The ranking of the demons is divided into 2 groups, upper and lower. Upper is stronger than lower. also within the group is a ranking of 1-6, 1 being the strongest. Rui was Lower 5 (So basically one of the weakest).
