Update (21st July 2018)
Added 2018-07-21 21:08:56 +0000 UTCSpent the day writing again! Another almost 4 pages written (2200 words), which is a good day of writing. I am now about halfway through the new section I've been working on and know exactly how I want it to go.
I've also worked out a rough estimate for how long the story could take. PLEASE NOTE: this is a *rough* estimate and could be longer or shorter, and I post it here only to give you some idea of why the story is not released in the next month or so.
If I keep writing at the same pace - around 4 pages/2-2500 words a day - then I would roughly guess the story will take around 2-3 months to finish the first draft. Then there should be a month (maybe two if it takes a while, but a month I would guess) of editing. So if all goes well - and with my health and real life I cannot say that will be the case, so again, ROUGH ESTIMATE - that is the kind of window I am looking at to get the story done.
So at least with that in mind and with daily updates you can feel somewhat reassured that the story is coming and getting done. I expect to update the next % in a few days as well as this section gets finished.
So thank you for your messages, feedback, follows on Twitter and Lit, and support on here: you are all helping me feel very motivated to get this story done, and I appreciate it. I'll keep writing.
I have also decided NOT to release the story in two parts, but instead as one (unless once submitted Lit requires a change). I figure that given my current rate of writing and progress that by the time I finish the first sex scene the rest of the story won't take too long to finish. As a whole story it will be *very* long, yes, but it will also be as I want it. Not to mention there will only be one charged post as originally intended. Thank you to everyone who gave me their thoughts, they really helped me think about it.
For tonight I am going to sleep. Back to Mia's fun tomorrow ;)
