Update (26th August 2017) and Deleted Scene

Several things to update on here so I will keep this short.

First, despite still needing a few more components my computer is finally fixed. This has taken longer than expected but just to give an idea I had to replace the hard drive, power source, graphics, wifi, keyboard, mouse, and various wires inside. So yeah, that explains the delay. I did say I wouldn't update about this again but the reason why I have is the rest of this update.

Now everything is up and running and I have access to the new story again I have taken a look at where I was. Some of you may recall that the last deleted scene I posted I was not happy with because it was too slow and I changed it. Well I re-read what I had written and I still find it too slow given what comes before. This isn't a problem - as I know what I am going to do to replace it now - but it does mean I am removing the few pages I wrote last time. So I thought I would post them for you all on here as another deleted scene. Maybe you can see what I mean. When the story comes out if anyone wants to know where it fits to see if they agree it was too slow just ask.

This thinking of what needs changing again has also meant that I have written a schedule to write by, have a date for completing the story, and have actually been sticking to it. I won't say anything given how often I have said it will be done and then life has fucked it up, but I will say that it WILL be released this year, before Christmas, and if I have not been over-optimistic with my timetable some considerable time before Christmas at that.

Part of that reason is I, like you all no doubt, am sick of waiting for the story to be finished. More importantly, I am actually sick of writing it now. I know what story I am likely to write after this story (it is all planned out and even begun) and I really, REALLY want to get to writing that story. I of course won't say what the next story will be about, but I will say that I have only written one story on the topic before on Lit. ;)

So several motivations to finish the story, a clear plan, and no more updates until I have made significant progress. Writing resumes tomorrow with the aim being a minimum of 10 pages per day - more if possible, but 10 as an absolute minimum - and no thought of making the story 'perfect'. I have been overthinking this story too much judging by how many times I have changed things and now am getting back to the old way of writing what I feel. This story will get done, and it may not be as perfect as HP was but it will get the proverbial thorn out of my foot so I can go forward into things I feel a lot more.

For now, I will post the deleted scene. PLEASE NOTE: if you have read the previous deleted scene you will notice similarities as some of that scene was used when I changed the scene to try to speed up the action. So do not expect anything entirely new. Even so, it is here if you want it.

Finally, for those who read the update on the Amazon situation, I believe that has been dealt with. Appreciation to the reader who let me know. That has made me re-think posting the story on here prior to its release on Literotica however, as I hope you all can understand. If not I can write about that for you to. I may post some of the story on here prior to it being out on Lit, but given what happened I do not like the idea of posting it entirely on here prior to its release on Lit. Some of you may not like this or may wish to delete your pledge, and that is fine. I am thinking of Patron bonuses still but am waiting until post-submission to really put my mind to those. This Patreon is always optional for you to support me, and while I will think of ways to thank you all - and I do appreciate all of you supporting me and sticking with me through all this time - I hope you understand how this has raised an issue for posting the story here.
