Stepping out into the night Mia was suddenly glad for her hoodie. The rain had gotten heavier since they had gone inside it seemed and now fell in a steady downpour, and the coolness of the day had chilled to a cold that was driven through even her warm hoodie by the relentless rain. Pulling her hood further over her head, the beautiful girlfriend gave her boyfriend’s friend a small laughing smile at the weather, before opening her mouth to make a joke. A sudden flash in the sky followed almost immediately by a loud crack of thunder that seemed to shatter the heavens above her silenced her words before she could speak.

“It looks like it’s going to get worse” Theo said as the rumbling subsided and the sound of rain and departing fans filled the night around them again. “Come on, let’s get back as quick as we can and out of this”

The small smirk that he flashed at her as Mia began walking beside him made the dark-haired girlfriend laugh lightly as she stuffed her hands into the hoodie’s pockets.

“We are going to check on Ethan” She replied deliberately, though the playfulness in her voice only made her boyfriend’s friend’s smirk widen into an amused grin.

She knew exactly what Theo had been implying, the same thing that Ethan had earlier when he had wanted to rush to get to the hotel early. Mia had emphasized her boyfriend’s name a little in a playful rebuttal, though she still couldn’t help but feel a little shiver rush through her at the thought of the flirty implication, especially as Theo’s charming smile suddenly emphasized his strikingly attractive face.

“Of course we are” He replied as if that had been what he meant the whole time. That innocence was immediately given the lie as Theo almost seemed to struggle with laughter as he turned to stare ahead and added, “Though if he’s still asleep we’re gonna have to find something to do to keep ourselves entertained.”

Mia once more felt a small flutter in her stomach but only laughed his flirting off. As complimenting and as fun as it was, and it was both!, Mia still knew that for all of their playfulness this was just flirting. Besides, she also knew that this was Theo Carter, and she knew exactly what that meant he was after with her.

“Behave” She said almost shyly as she huddled a little more in on herself against the cold and the driving rain. “Besides, we have something to do if Ethan isn’t well still. You said you had some music we can listen to…” She began and then cut off as her cheeks went bright red as Mia suddenly realized how she had just set herself up.

Theo only grinned to himself, noticing her sudden silence and embarrassment before he began to gently laugh to himself. That seemed to be even more implying than if he had said anything and Mia felt her cheeks heat enough that the cold seemed to lessen slightly. Unfortunately, Theo Carter just couldn’t let an opportunity like that pass.

“Yep. The best rock n’ roll of your life” He said both proudly and jokingly and Mia nudged into him with a bright look of outraged embarrassment on her face.

Ethan was lying ill at the hotel and all his friend could suggest was giving her the best sex of her life while he was! That thought oddly sent a tingling shiver down Mia’s back, stirring her fluttering stomach more, before quivering into her pussy. That made Mia’s cheeks heat even more as she moved back and stared fixedly ahead, trying to ignore Theo’s knowing smirk. It was just a slight tingle, and Theo could not possibly know, but even so Ethan’s friend only laughed at her reaction as they carried on walking.

As the two of them turned around the corner of the building and began heading down a side-road that led back to the hotel, however, Mia’s embarrassment was suddenly washed away by excitement. Not far down the road two huge coaches were parked, their blacked-out windows marking what they were as much as the crowds of fans that were hovering excitedly around a line of bored looking security guards that were standing beside three doors that led into the backstage area of the concert hall. Mia’s stomach almost turned flips as she suddenly grinned eagerly and almost grabbed Theo’s arm in excitement.

“Theo!! Look, the tour buses!!” Mia almost breathed enthusiastically as she tapped Theo’s arm and tried not to bounce on her toes.

Looking from the buses to her Theo gave her a look of amused indulgence before turning back to look at the mass of people that only seemed to be growing as more headed from the concert hall to join the crowd.

“And about half the crowd” He joked “Maybe more”

Mia beamed up at him, her eyes almost glowing from the excitement that burned within her. Part of her had regretted not going with Marie and the others, as everyone knew that the bands did often head out to one of the clubs after a show, but Ethan had been so selfless earlier in saying she should go, and she did want to check on him. And ok, Theo’s flirting had played a little part in her decision, only a little though! But now, with the tour buses right there, surely her boyfriend wouldn’t mind just a few more minutes if she could get to meet the band, however briefly! That thought did make her grab Theo’s arm in excitement.

“We should go and wait” She almost exclaimed eagerly, her head almost spinning. “Maybe we can get something signed. Or get a picture!!”

Theo laughed as he turned to her, his eyes twinkling a little as she pressed herself against his arm in her excitement. Of course, with how she was feeling Mia didn’t notice that, nor the way his hand found her waist as he spoke.

“You know you are so cute when you get excited” He teased honestly, and Mia’s excited smile broadened at the compliment. Her grip flexed on his arm as she tried not to bounce up and down. His fingers squeezed her waist gently as he smiled down at her before turning to look at the crowd. “We could, but I doubt that the band will come out this way, or at least until the crowd has shrunk a little” He added that last with a glance up at the slowly increasing rain.

Mia looked up at him with an amusedly quizzical smile. She knew the answer to what she was about to ask before the words left her soft lips.

“Why’d you think that?” She asked in a small, playful tone, knowing that Theo just wanted to get her back to the hotel so that he could have her alone to himself so he could no doubt hit on her as much as he could and try to get her in his bed.

The excitement from the night, heightened by the possibility of meeting the band, mixed potently with the increasingly intoxicating playful fun that she had been having with Theo since they had been at the concert, and Mia let her smile become intensely suggestive as she looked up at him. Convincing him to stay despite the rain would be easy.

“They have to come out at some point.” She added in a soft voice that was just edged with a little huskiness. “And I’m sure you wouldn’t mind keeping me dry”

Theo instantly understood her meaning about earlier when they had been waiting outside, and Mia couldn’t help but smile as she saw the slow intensity that gently sparkled in his eyes at her flirting. Almost she could feel his hands on her back and bra again, but Mia’s mind was all focused on the possibility of meeting her favourite band to pay it much heed. Even so she almost laughed to herself as she thought, not for the first time, that guys were so easy to manipulate.

For a moment all Ethan’s friend did was stare down at her with a small smirk, rain dripping onto his already handsome face only made him that much more gorgeous, as he reached to place his other hand on her waist. Mia moved closer to him as he did, smiling as she looked deeper into his eyes, knowing that now she had him; he would do exactly as she wanted.

“While that would be fun…” Theo replied suggestively and Mia almost did laugh softly as she heard the strain in his voice. Placing her hands on his strong arms, she just watched him with her large, shining eyes. “…I guarantee you that the band isn’t going to come out.” He finished, and almost grinned at the look of shock that flashed across Mia’s face. Before she could say anything however, her boyfriend’s friend became a little less mocking. “There isn’t anywhere near enough security there, and there are no drivers on the buses either, nor any trailers for the equipment”

The sound of strain in his voice and the look of reluctance in his eyes as she leaned back from him was only a slight consolation as Mia turned to look at the crowd and buses again before Theo decided to tease her. He was right, she had to admit reluctantly as the excitement slowly turned to a little disappointment. The security didn’t even look as if they were interested in what the crowd were doing, or as if they would move any time soon. She had heard of bands dressing like the crowd to come out the front door or just partying inside a venue until everyone left, but even though she could see what Theo was saying, Mia’s excitement still would not let her miss the chance now she had it.

“But they could” She said stubbornly and turned to look back up at him, her flirting touching the hint of pleading on her face. “And it’s worth the chance, don’t you think?”

Theo laughed softly at that and pulled her hood further down against the increasing rain.

“I thought you wanted to check on Ethan, not get soaked for no reason?” He asked amusedly, before adding with a sudden grin “Besides, I’d wager a night with you if I had it that they won’t come out this way, and definitely not until that crowd has gone. Which could be morning.”

It was that last part that convinced Mia that Theo was right – he would never have said that so sincerely if he hadn’t meant it – and so it was that more than the sudden worm of guilt in her stomach at how she had so easily decided to ignore Ethan when he wasn’t well and had been so nice to her that made Mia nod reluctantly. She glanced back at the doors before she stepped back out of Theo’s arms.

“You’re right” She said finally, before she took hold of herself and remembered all of the great things about the night. She may not get to meet the band, but she had still gotten to see them, been blown away, and had a great time. Feeling her happiness surge again, she gave the doors one last glance before punching Theo’s arm. “Come on Mr Carter, let’s get back before we’re both drenched enough to end up as ill as Ethan”

“I’ll keep you warm and make sure that doesn’t happen” He teased as he slipped an arm around her waist and eyed her and a darkened alcove suggestively. That made Mia laugh slightly as she playfully slapped his chest again, her good humour and playfulness returning as if it had never slipped as Theo led them away from the crowd and back the way they had come.

When Mia asked jokingly why they were headed back the way they had come, Theo only grinned and replied that he knew a short-cut back to the hotel. Eyeing him doubtfully, but enjoying the playful joking and teasing flirting too much to comment, Mia walked on laughing, talking, and slapping Theo’s arms and chest whenever he said anything too embarrassing. That was, until they had walked around the block that the concert hall was on, taken a dark alley that made Mia glad that Theo was with her and had her walking closer to him, and turned back on themselves again down a quiet, dark road that Theo said led to another alley which would lead to another road. That was when Mia pushed away from him with a mocking laugh.

“This is no short-cut!” She laughed as she buried her hands into her wet hoodie, pausing long enough for another peal of thunder to pass before carrying on. Thankfully the nearness of the buildings stopped most of the rain in the darkened road that was barely wider than the alley they had been in. “We’ve been walking for ages and I still think we’re no nearer the hotel than when we started. You’re making all this up, with all your talk of getting out of the rain.”

Holding his hands up defensively her boyfriend’s friend only laughed in return.

“It is, I promise. I came this way before.” He protested fervently, before adding “I’d bet…”

Mia gave him no more than that as she rounded on him with a big smile, pointing her finger at him warningly.

“Don’t you say ‘a night with me’” She joked with a big grin, then laughed as he did. Turning to walk with him she added, “You have no night with me to bet, and you would have already lost with how long this has taken.”
