Patreon and My Stories

So I wanted to make a few things clear about this Patreon and how it will relate to my stories from now on, just for those who are coming in and may be new to it.

As I have always said I like my stories being free and I support Literotica and have always, and will always, post my stories there. So first thing, for those of you who may have been worried don't be - my stories will still be posted on Lit for all of you to read.

This Patreon is here not as a requirement for reading my stories but for all of you who want to support me, show your support, or want to help make it easier for me to focus on writing more.

So that said, while I haven't thought much on the 'goals' or 'rewards' yet - as I honestly never expected anyone to pledge - I will be using Patreon to update and interact with you all far more than any other medium. I won't be using the Tumblr much longer, and while I will update on my Lit profile of course and will be active on IM and the Lit Forums I will also interact more on here in the community once it gets started.

Also, some updates will be made general public and some, as a thank you, will be given only to Patrons. Similarly, as Lit has a submission timeline - i.e. it takes 3+ days after submitting a story for it to come up on Lit's 'new stories' - I am also working on putting my stories on here for Patrons. So if I can do this (currently discussing with Patreon post lengths given my story sizes) Patrons will be able to access the story earlier than those just on Lit. The story will be the same and those on Lit will get the exact same story for free, and I will not delay it, but it is just Lit's submission process takes a little time for them to give it the green light and taking advantage of that to give Patrons a little thank you seems right.

I am thinking of posting special things I am working on as well as the rewards I listed to consider for Patrons, but this is yet to be decided. I am still figuring all of this Patreon stuff out.

So let me just say - as far as how things have been working the last 12 years (when I have been able to write) nothing will change for readers. My stories and updates will still be on Lit. All that will change is Patreon offers a way for any who want to support me to support me and I will think of ways to show my appreciation for that, like letting you have early access to the story and such. So no one loses out and everything is optional.
