Origin Story: The Album

Yes, you read that right. Yes, it's a real thing. No, it's not serious.

Here's the context. A couple of days ago, a discussion came up in mods channel on the discord, about the new main menu music. When Crow- lover of Evelyn and fan of breasts on the smaller side - questioned it, I saw an opportunity to quickly throw together a song using AI so that I could joke that it was going to be the new music. It was a dance tune about how Evelyn was going to have massive tits now.

While it was a stupid song, I was intrigued by how easy and quick it had been to make, so I dabbled some more. Before I knew it, I was hooked, writing full lyrics and churning out silly songs... all intended for a joke album about Origin Story for you guys to just have a laugh over. But then I started putting together some serious ones (though still with ridiculous and very VERY explicit content) and some came out as genuine bangers.

And thus, I made Origin Story: The Album... featuring certified hits by your favorite characters, Evelyn, Moonsong, Lady Steel, Amber, the MC himself, an actual track from Into The Night Shift, TWO dope tracks by Fraser and my three highlights Meredith, Marina and Coldsnap. It has synthwave, pop, hip hop, dance, 80s power ballads, you name it.

Now, I do have to touch on the AI generated aspect of this, because there's a lot of people out there who have issues with it, and some of you likely will too. So know that I was once a musician too, and when AI begins to replace genuine artists with more soul and creativity, then I also have an issue with it.

But, this is just a joke, and something I wouldn't have done if I didn't have the option to bang out them out with such ease (3 days - 12 tracks, all while working on my real job, spending time with my wife and post-working Chapter 8 stuff too). Unfortunately, I don't have access to three different rappers, a bunch of different singers and an electro-rock band to make a few comedy tracks for me, nor would it be a good investment if I did. So for something like this, I don't see the harm in it.

Still, if you're against AI so much, then that's totally fine, I get it... you can skip it. You're not going to miss anything major from the game. But for those who don't care so much, or even at all, then I hope you enjoy what I did, even if the genres aren't your usual style. While the music isn't truly mine, the lyrics are for the most part (again, tiny bit of AI to help me on a couple of the tracks), and I'm very proud of some of them; they're making me question whether I should have gone into writing rap music instead of developing a silly porn game (not really).

Unfortunately, Patreon doesn't allow me to upload multiple songs in the same post. So, I'm going to start dropping what I've done so far, one a day, for your enjoyment, along with the lyrics. And then at the end I'll post the link to the soundcloud so, if you wish, you can enjoy it in its entirety, with a stupid bonus track.
