Sapphire is strictly tied to the Lucía path. If you have opted out of Lucía, then tough luck for you I guess.
Sapphire is a high profile "Power Player" looking to collaborate with one of the most promising up and coming Players, Princess Pause. A superfan of The Sisterhood, Sapphire's whole persona is inspired by one Emerald... right down to the level of "filth" she enjoys wallowing in. Who knows? Maybe one day they'll meet.
As for her power... think of her as a sexy Green Lantern... but blue.
