[Notice] USD - JPY issue

A new set of tiers will be established.
If the Yen continues to be lower the current two tiers will be retired.
when JPY back to normal i will keep current price

Extra : 700JPY -> Extra 2 : 900JPY
⚠️You need change tier manualy for this issue,
because FANBOX don't support this function
⚠️ old and new tier can access 22.06 reward (published 22.07) old tier can't access 22.07 reward (published 22.08)
