The sound effects in the game are honestly the most frustrating part of my job to get right and the way I want it. I know about the echoes with the kiss sounds and it's one of many things that I'm not happy with and I'm looking to replace them all with better quality effects when we do our revision of SL in December. I'm working with another team member who will help me fix up those gaps that you mentioned so it's more seamless for future updates. I'm still in a bit of a learning process with this but eventually we'll get it right :) I'll ask Dots to see if it's possible to split and adjust the sound levels for when two effects are running at once but renpy does have its limitations. It's definitely something I'd love to be able to include. Thanks for the feedback, it's certainly helpful.

2021-10-24 11:42:45 +0000 UTCI haven’t gotten there yet, but if the scene is like what you describe then yes, that’s what I mean. So far most naughty scenes and even kissing scenes have some gasps and moans. Unfortunately I’m not sold on the quality, with both echoes and noise being noticeable in the audio. They also don’t match my head canon so I’d rather just imagine it :) I know I can just turn down the sound effect slider but then I’m missing out on other sounds (ocean waves, weather effects, notifications etc.) In short, I think anything that could qualify as ‘voice’ should be on a separate audio slider.

2021-10-24 09:35:26 +0000 UTCJust so I have this right, are you referring to scenes like when the MC is down by the beach with your "Childhood Friend" and you can hear "ocean waves" background sounds while the moaning and sex noises are also being heard?
