Update : Fix for 3rd party application installer's error.

I have fixed the problem in the 3rd party application installer window.
The symptoms is, sometime the tool failed to install the application.
You can download the fix from Git repository.
Just download the /www/js/ folder and patch it into your current Translator++ installation folder.

Several months ago I've released feature poll to ask members about the features they're wanted to be implemented in Translator++. And DeepL doesn't made it. Well, there is a reason why I doesn't add DeepL the first time I created Translator++. Up until last year DeepL still hasn't support Japanese and any asian language yet. If you like, you can vote for DeepL the next time I released feature poll. Thank you.
