Theo eventually found he could not run away from that strange bubbly warm and uplifting feeling that would accompany his most unconventional desires and fantasies. Today he serves drinks and works full time as an exotic dancer at one of the many "gender cocktail" nightclubs found on a notorious tropical island.
He doesn't seem to be very good at strip poker.

I'd say it completely depends on the character. Theo here seems like he's got that "oh god I don't have a dick anymore" kind of expression on his face, but until we have him posed with his legs apart, we might not be able to tell for certain.
